Entry Requirements

Each application is considered individually, but normally 240 credits are required from a suitable qualification. Approved pre-requisites include any of the following:

ABE RQF Level 5 and 5 years continuous full-time work experience in a commercial or industrial company
ABE RQF Level 4 (Foundation Diploma), ABE RQF Level 5 and 2 years continuous full-time work experience in a commercial or industrial company
Advanced Diploma in Business Administration / MIS / BIS / HRM / Finance / Marketing / Tourism
Associate Degree in a Business or Management related program from a recognised institution e.g UWI, COSTAATT, ROYTEC, Cipriani College, etc.
Edexcel HND in HRM, Business or Management related program
LCCI Level 5 Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
Professional Graduate Diploma from CIPS
Professional Diploma and Postgraduate Diploma from CIM

Programme Content

The BA Business Administration can be completed as an Honours or Non-Honours degree programme. Students are required to complete the following eight (8) modules in order to graduate with the honours degree, and any five (5) of the following to graduate with the non-honours degree.

Students are also required to attend an orientation session one week before the start of each semester.

Assessments

All modules within the BABA programme are assessed by a continuous coursework assignment based system. This encourages continuous skill development and as such, no end of semester examinations will be used to assess students within the programme. Coursework assignments will always be marked by the respective module leaders at the University of Hertfordshire. The module grading allocation is shown below:

My Degree Classification

This is only applicable if you are studying for an honours degree.

The University of Hertfordshire regulations (UPR AS14, section D6.1 to D6.3) describe the calculation of overall classification grade for Honours classification (Bachelor's Degree). For students being considered for a final award with Honours classification, the Programme Board of Examiners will determine each candidate's average* numeric grade of the best 90 credits at Level 6 or higher.

Note: The word 'average' refers to 'arithmetical mean'

In Summary:

For a first class Honours award a candidate must achieve a combined average numeric grade of 69.50 or more
For an upper second class Honours award a candidate must achieve a combined average numeric grade of 59.50 or more
For a lower second class Honours award a candidate must achieve a combined average numeric grade of 49.50 or more
For a third class Honours award a candidate must achieve a combined average numeric grade of 39.50 or more.

How To Apply

Registration with the University of Hertfordshire

To register / apply to start the BABA Programme with CTS College, students must complete the following:

Visit the University of Hertfordshire Online Application page
Create a new account (if you do not have an existing one)
Login and complete the online form (be sure to upload a copy of your Academic Certificate and Transcript, and your National ID or Passport)
Forward confirmation of completion email to BABA@hidemeCTSCollege.com

Registration with CTS

Upon acceptance from the University of Hertfordshire students are required to:

Complete the CTS College registration form (available at the CTS College office)
Pay the CTS College TTD $500 Registration fee and provide proof of payment to CTS College

*Registration fee of TTD $500 is payable at the beginning of each semester
