Delivery ModeThis course will be delivered via face-to-face classes. As such, students who have enrolled in the course would be expected to attend the classes at the designated location.

In order to receive the CTS College certificate of completion or participation for this course, students must attend a minimum of 75% of classes and pay any outstanding fees. Where applicable, students who do not meet the necessary assessment requirements, but attended the required amount of classes would receive a CTS College certificate of participation.

Fees & PaymentThis course is offered at the affordable price of $500. In order to start the course, students must pay a minimum of 50% before the first class.
Students can be given a payment plan where the initial downpayment is made, with an arrangement for the remaining balance to be paid over the duration of the course. Please feel free to contact us to discuss a payment plan customised for you.

Ms. Guptar not only imparts knowledge, but creates a learning experience where students feel valued and appreciated. She is also committed to shaping a transformative learning journey and creating an educational adventure that goes beyond the ordinary.
At a very young age Sangeeta's creative spirit propelled her to participate in many short courses including a one-day balloon decorating course. She was the youngest in every course she took part in and excelled in them. Shortly after, while volunteering her skills for family, neighbour’s and friend’s events, she saw the potential for balloon decorating and event management as a business and embraced the idea.
Sangeeta took on many complex and daring designs and loves thinking outside the box. Naturally it was not always easy starting from the ground up but the wonderful lessons she learnt along the way and experiences have brought her to where she is now.
With over 16 years of balloon decor and event management experience, her classes are very practical and engaging as she sees herself training the next great balloon decorator and entrepreneur.
