Programme Management Team

The CTS College programme management team is at the heart of our operations, with each programme being led by a team of dynamic individuals who are well equipped to deliver beyond customers' expectations. The respective teams work closely with lecturers, administrative staff and university partners to provide the highest level of service. Team members are readily available to respond to customers to provide assistance and guidance when needed, ensuring that customer support is given priority. Below is our programme management team.

Aaron Narace serves as the Programme Manager for the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSc IT) at CTS College. He is an alumnus of both the BSc IT programme and the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the University of Bedfordshire. Leveraging the insights gained from these academic pursuits, Aaron is dedicated to guiding students seamlessly through their BSc IT journey, minimising uncertainties and uncovering the untapped potential within each student that may have been obscured by self-doubt.

In addition to his academic role, Aaron has a profound passion for music and is proficient in playing various musical instruments. He actively contributes to his local church community, participating in diverse departments. Known for his affable nature, Aaron enjoys engaging in intellectual humor and cherishes moments of laughter.

Simultaneously, Aaron exhibits a penchant for perfectionism in his professional endeavours, consistently striving to identify more efficient approaches to achieve optimal results.

Alvin P. Ramsamooj started his journey at CTS College as a student of the BSc Information Technology Programme through the University of Bedfordshire, graduating with first class honours. Known as a warm and friendly individual, Alvin provided support as a Teaching Assistant for the BSc IT Programme and progressed to the Association of Business Executives (ABE) Programme Administrator.

Alvin’s understanding of the student’s aspirations aids in his ability to provide the required guidance. Alvin’s personal objective of giving back and supporting CTS College's approach to student support derives from the technical and emotional support provided to him as a CTS College Student. Those attributes are what motivates him to provide the same level of student support.

His outgoing attitude and positive mentality encapsulate his capability of being a good team member. Alvin’s understanding and his history from a business perspective aligns with the fundamental requirements of CTS College's motto: 'Where the Experience is Beyond the Academics'.

Amrika serves as a lecturer in the BA programme at CTS College where she imparts knowledge across a spectrum of units, showcasing her versatility and depth of expertise. Additionally, her responsibilities extend to the MBA programme, where she not only serves as a thesis supervisor but plays a crucial role as a Teaching Assistant (TA). Drawing from her background in law, specifically holding a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of the West Indies and being a certified mediator, Amrika brings a nuanced perspective to her tasks, navigating complexities with finesse and precision at the MBA programme.

Cindy Johnson embarked on her educational journey at CTS College in 2005, initially enrolling as a student in a short course. Her dedication and passion for education drove her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, followed by a Masters of Business Administration, both achieved within the nurturing academic environment of CTS College.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Cindy has a deep fondness for literature, often immersing herself in books across various genres. Her enthusiasm for exploration takes her on adventures around the globe, relishing diverse cultures and discovering new experiences. With an innate talent for communication and a fondness for providing exceptional service, Cindy also enjoys interacting with students, building lasting relationships and catering to their needs.

In her current role as the Programme Manager for the Part-Time Secondary School, Cindy utilises her academic background, diverse interests and interpersonal skills to foster a dynamic and supportive environment for students. Her commitment to education and her multifaceted experiences brings an enriching perspective to the learning journey at CTS College.

Jude Bernard is the Programme Manager for the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) programme at CTS College. His journey at the college began in 2009 as a student of the University of Hertfordshire's BSc Computer Science programme.Apart from his academic achievements, Jude is an athlete, a saxophonist, a hunter, a skydiver, an entrepreneur and multilingual.

Every organisation needs a Jude. He is never shy of taking on new challenges, doesn't complain about additional work and easily goes beyond the call of duty to support his students and exceed their expectations and that of the college.

Kellyann Bholasingh is a dynamic Business/DIY Programme Manager with a solid educational background. She holds a BSc in Environmental and Natural Resource Management from the University of the West Indies, showcasing her commitment to understanding and preserving our planet. Furthering her academic journey she earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from the Anglia Ruskin University.

Kellyann is not just a professional, but a passionate individual dedicated to giving back to the community. She firmly believes in the power of education and sees it as the key to realising one's dreams. Her commitment to helping others is evident in her role as a Programme Manager, where she combines her environmental expertise with business acumen to drive impactful projects.

Lyndon is the first administrative staff of CTS College to become a Programme Manager. He was a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire’s BA Business Administration programme. He is proactive, loves to be in charge and was an active voice of the student body and the student representative of the University of Hertfordshire’s programme.

Lyndon’s passion for helping and his gift for serving others made him an easy choice for Programme Manager for the CTS College Private Secondary School. He is very involved in the lives of the students in his programme and knows each one by name.

To anyone that asks, Matthew would state that he adores the family-oriented culture that CTS College has always strived on. Throughout his journey with the IT and Business Certificaiton courses, he aims to perpetuate the culture onto the newer students.

Narine Neeranjan is the Association of Business Executives (ABE) programme manager at CTS College and has played a vital role in ensuring its continued success. Mr. Neeranjan is also a lecturer at CTS College which allows him to fulfil his dream of going beyond his role as a manager to better serve his students of the ABE programme. He is also the Secretary of an active sports and cultural club, Chairman of CTS College Social Events Committee and a role model in his community.

Mr. Neeranjan started his journey at CTS College as a student of the University of Hertfordshire's BSc Computer Science programme in 2009 from which he graduated with first class honours.

Nasara Alibaksh is a vibrant and compassionate education professional, currently serving as the Programme Manager for the Pre and Primary School at CTS College. Nasara is passionate about the unique role early education plays in laying the foundation for lifelong learning. She thrives on being able to help students and families obtain their foundational level of education despite any challenges they may face during the process.

Nasara holds a Bachelors Degree in Management Studies (Hons) from the University of West Indies where she gained valuable knowledge combined with strong organisational and leadership qualities.

A strong advocate for collaboration, she works closely with educators, parents and the community to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. She believes in the importance of involving parents in their child's educational journey and actively seeks feedback to continually improve programmes.

She understands that early education at CTS College plays a pivotal role in shaping individuals who can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. She is committed to creating innovative programmes that will equip young learners with the skills necessary for success in an ever-evolving world.

Ravi J is the CTS College Academic Director and Programme Manager for our MBA programme. He is constantly reviewing the landscape to ensure that CTS College offers programmes that are relevant to the developmental needs of the country.

Ravi is also the Quality Assurance Manager at CTS College. He first started CTS College as a student in 2005 when he enrolled in one of the short courses. Since then his affinity for the college began and in 2009 he won a full scholarship to pursue his BSc. in Computer Science. In 2010 Ravi J started working part time at CTS College and two years after with the increasing enrolments and success of the MBA programme he officially came on board and started working full time at the college.

Sheldon is the Programme Administrator for the Bachelor in Business Administration (BABA) and Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) Programmes. An MBA Graduate with the University of Bedfordshire, his career began at Republic Bank Limited and then into different sectors such as downstream oil and gas as well as the construction sector.

Known for his approachability and unwavering commitment, Sheldon is not shy about hard work and actively contributes to a supportive learning environment offering assistance to peers and faculty alike. His passion for education and collaborative work ethic embodies the ethos of CTS College.
